Data Bites: Cuisine and Code at the Stabi Lab
The Stabi Lab invites you to explore cultural heritage data — which does not always have to appear as the full text of weighty monographs or as technical metadata. Lobster, port wine, and a variety of asparagus dishes can also be found in the data. Together, we will take a look at historical menus, ask “What was on the table?”, and bring selected excerpts from analogue menu cards into the digital world.
The event is part of the Nacht der Bibliotheken statt.
